Follow the Twitter account (@Bobfamily_ogtb for Japanese), (@Bob_OGTB for English), or the Instagram account (@osaka_bob) and post pictures and comments from your trip to Osaka using the hashtag #withOsakaBob on Twitter or Instagram via smartphone or computer.
●Prizes, Number of Winners
5 people will be selected at random every month to win a prize from Osaka.
*Prizes are products from Osaka that appear in the free magazine “MAIDO。OsakaBob”

The following are prohibited when you enter this contest.
If Bob family WORKS determines that any of the following apply, your data will not be posted or may be deleted if it has already been uploaded.
•Interfering with the operations of this contest
•Providing deceitful or false information
•Anything that disturbs, handicaps, harms, or causes discomfort to another party
•Libel, slander, or defamation of another party
•Copyright infringement or any violation of intellectual property rights
•Violations to another party’s property, privacy, or the rights to use their image
•Providing data which contains or promotes child pornography, the exploitation of juveniles, or obscenity
•Providing information for the purposes of a money-making enterprise, advertisement or solicitation
•Violations of the law
•Actions which go against public order and morals
•Violations of Instagram’s Terms of Use
•Violations of Twitter’s Terms of Service
●Winner Announcements, Prize Shipment
Winners will be contacted via either the Twitter or Instagram direct message function from our official account every month (in the middle of the month) throughout the duration of this contest. Please go to the URL listed in the direct message and input the address where you would like your prize shipped.
*No winners will be selected in April, 2018.
*Please understand that we will not be able to respond to requests for the contest and lottery results.
*Please note that you may not be eligible for the lottery and may not have your post uploaded to our site if any of the following apply.
•Your Twitter or Instagram account is set as a private account.
•You are not following one of the official Osaka Bob accounts.
•You do not respond after being contacted.
•The shipping address you provide to receive your prize is incorrect or insufficient.
•The prize is undeliverable because the address is unknown, no-one is present to receive the package for an extended period, etc.
• There is found to be some other wrongdoing related to the contest entry.
*The personal information we collect will be used for the sole purpose of shipping.
*You will not be allowed to change the information you have submitted for whatever reason.
*You will not be able to exchange your prize for cash, coupons or other goods.
*The prize and winnings are limited only to the persons who have been selected and are non-transferrable, may not be sold, redirected, or traded to a third party.
●Disclaimers
1. Bob family WORKS does not in any way guarantee the proper operation of this site, or that the contest will not be suspended or cancelled.
2. Bob family WORKS does not accept any responsibility for users in violation of these terms. Also, Bob family WORKS will not be involved with any disputes or trouble that arise between users or with a third party. The responsibility and expenses of such fall on the user.

●Suspension, Alteration, Dissolution of Terms of Contest & Site
1. All or part of the contest may be suspended or cancelled at any time at the discretion of Bob family WORKS, all or part of the site and/or contest may be altered, and the site and/or contest may be permanently discontinued.
2. Bob family WORKS reserves the right to make alterations to this agreement as it finds necessary.
3. If this agreement is altered, the altered version of this agreement will be applicable even in the event that the user or entrant has submitted data before the alterations were made.
